Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons of Vietnamese coffee grounds
  2. 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
  3. 1 cup of hot water
  4. Ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Brew the coffee: Using a Vietnamese coffee filter (also known as a phin), place 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds in the filter and press down with the filter press. Place the filter over a cup or mug and pour hot water over the coffee grounds.
  • Sweeten the coffee: Once the coffee has finished brewing, stir in 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk until it's well mixed. This will give the coffee a creamy and sweet flavor.
  • Add ice: Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee over the ice.
  • Enjoy: Stir the coffee and ice together until the ice has melted a bit and the coffee is cold. Sip and enjoy the rich and creamy taste of Vietnamese iced coffee.
