Ingredients:
- 500g minced beef or lamb
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds, crushed
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds, crushed
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, crushed coriander seeds, crushed cumin seeds, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, fresh coriander, and fresh mint. Mix well with your hands.
- Add the egg and mix until well combined.
